Here is the sheet that has the arcs that make the pentagonal prototile , of which, you need 12. Twelve Pentagons that is, so being as there are three arcs to a sheet, and 5 arcs to a pentagon, you need 7 sheets (Make sure you're not in "Fit to page" mode).
Here is the sheet that has the arcs that make the triangle prototile , of which, you need 20 Triangles. There are three segments to a triangle, and three on the sheet, so just print out 7 sheets (perhaps a spare sheet).
The arc lengths should be cut along the perimeter, so that you cut them along the curves, and the two end lines, and leave the middle lines alone.
Scoring:
After you cut out the arcs, you need to score along the inside two inside lines with the penknife. You do not want to cut all the way through, half way, or a little less the half way, is optimal. You can use the straight edge so that your blade stays along the line. The score is to assist you in folding the paper, you will fold it along the score, so too shallow is better than too deep, as you don't want to weaken the paper too much. After you score, bend the paper slightly, so that the score opens up, if it isn't bending along the line and you didn't miss the line, then you should score a little more deeply. It may take a few tries to get the hang of it, but after that it's like second nature.
Gluing:
All segments a glued so that the printing marks are on the inside, and hidden from view, and the blank backside, is what is shown.
